Based on the Leapmotor family design, the 2023 Leapmotor C01 still adopts a more minimalist exterior design. The rounded lines do not see the slightest edges, and the soft profile provides a low wind resistance coefficient for the whole car. The penetrating headlight design integrates with the front face while extending the visual width of the car.
The sloped body design allows the roofline to extend as far back as possible, and this design, together with the hidden door handles, provides a beautiful shape and further reduces wind resistance. Low wind resistance wheels with Ma EcoContact6 Q tires provide good grip while maintaining economy. In terms of dimensions, the 2023 Leapmotor C01 has a length and height of 5050*1902*1509mm and a wheelbase of 2930mm.
The rear of the car also adopts a penetrating taillight design, and the headlights form a certain echo at the same time with the C11 lineage, the addition of dynamic lighting effect increases the C01's dynamic, all of which meets the aesthetic needs and aerodynamic appearance of the design of the 2023 Leapmotor C01 to achieve a wind resistance coefficient of 0.226Cd.
The 2023 Leapmotor C01 comes with a 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster, a 12.8-inch center screen, and a 10.25-inch passenger entertainment screen, which makes for a technologically advanced interior. The design of the center control screen protruding outward brings the distance between the passenger and the screen closer, and the operation is more convenient. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip equipped is able to meet the data processing of three screens. The combination of a two-spoke steering wheel with a pocket gear is easily reminiscent of certain luxury cars.
The 2023 Leapmotor C01 is available with a single-motor rear-wheel drive or dual-motor four-wheel drive power layout. Depending on the power of the motor and the size of the battery pack capacity, it is categorized into a rear-drive standard range version, a rear-drive long range version, a rear-drive ultra-long range version, a four-wheel drive dual-motor performance version, and a four-wheel drive dual-motor high-performance version. Among them, the rear-drive ultra-long-range version is able to achieve a CLTC range of 717km, and the four-wheel-drive dual-motor high-performance version is able to achieve zero hundred acceleration in 3.66 seconds.
